Need that extra room on the house. We can help you achieve your goals. We have an eye for what to look for and can advise you on any potential issues before you start.
We are based in Cromwell, but have done jobs for clients who live in other towns, cities and countries. We maintain good communication throughout the build process and ensure the product is finished to the clients specifications.
It's best to get in touch with us early in the planning stages of building, so we can offer you the best advice and help with potential cost savings and design features.
We are fully flexible in our pricing. We can offer prices for labour only, right through to full turn key packages.
If you wish to supply any sub-trades or materials, we will work with you to ensure they are included in the project.
ABOUT US
The ATD Building crew are a tight knit team with a great positive attitude. The mix of complementary skills and experience means that ATD Building can hand pick a team with the right skills to meet the requirements of individual jobs. Our builders are fully qualified and we are proud to support our two apprentices.
The ATD team are all located in Cromwell so they have a good understanding of the building industry in the local area. Team member Lomas says "We all have families in Cromwell and are well established and settled in Central Otago. It is great that our team are so well known in the local area and we take pride in being involved in our thriving local community from sports to hunting, fishing and classic cars."
Whetu was born in Invercargill and raised on the West Coast. He is a fully qualified carpenter and adds some muscle to the team as he was a Professional League Player! Along side his building capabilities, Whetu is experienced in property management.
Lomas was born and raised in Cromwell. He was an Otago County rugby player and still follows the code. Lomas adds project management experience and skills to his carpentry qualifications.
Chris was also born and raised in Cromwell. He is a fully qualified carpenter and is experienced in property development. In his spare time he enjoys golf and squash.
